TENDER MANAGEMENT
Generally, fpm recommend a Traditional Tender
procedure for
Construction Projects as detailed below:

In discussions with
the Client and each of the Consultants,
suitable Contractors will be selected for prequalification for
Tendering. A short list of Tenderers will be recommended for Client
approval following the receipt and assessment of the prequalification
data. A shortlist of Contractors will then be Invited to Tender. |

The Consultants Tender
Documentation will be collated by the Quantity Surveyor and a full Bill
of Quantity’s prepared for Tender. The Tender is issued to the
Contractors and following the Tender Submission, an
assessment and recommendation is provided to the Client. |
After the Client's selection of the Contractor, the
Contract is prepared and signed.
