The Services provided by fpm will clearly identify the project critical activities as well as those incidental tasks that must occur in parallel. Responsibility’s for maintaining the Programme are identified and the fpm Project Manager will provide the necessary monitoring to ensure works are completed within the required time frames. The Client will be informed of any deviations from the approved program and will be alerted to any actions required to maintain the identified milestones.

Programming is carried out using either Microsoft Project or Primavera software – depending on the scale of the project or the individual Client’s needs. The frequency of updates and the actions required to be implemented will be appropriate to the project brief agreed with the Client.
