FEASIBILITY & BUDGET PLANNING

The Initial Concept Budget is prepared following the development of the Client Project Brief. This Concept Budget includes all Professional Service costs, Construction costs, Fitout costs, Equipping and Furnishing - as appropriate to the project type.

During the Design Development documentation stage, the Budget is verified against the detailed breakdown of the works by Trade Packages. Any Client instigated changes to the Project Brief are incorporated into the Elemental Breakup Budget.

All Consultant's recommendations on design issues, material selections or equipment requirements are carefully considered at this stage for project benefit and impact on the Budget.
