DESIGN MANAGEMENT

From Concept Design through Design Development and Tender Documentation, fpm will manage the co-ordination between Consultant Teams to meet the required Budget and  Programme.

Design options and alternate solutions will be reviewed with Consultants as will the suitability and cost effectiveness of materials and equipment proposed for use. Early consideration of the optimum design solution proposed will avoid late design changes and the resultant impact on the Programme and Budget.
