COST MANAGEMENT

From the development of the Project Brief with the Client, the Budgets will be carefully defined and monitored by fpm. Budgets will be reviewed at Concept, Design Development and Tender stages for compliance with the Brief.

Cashflow forecasts for the project will be provided as well as reports on projected to actual expenditure. The Invoices from the Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers will be scrutinized and a formal payment and "sign-off" procedure established to ensure the Client is kept fully informed of the status of the accounts.
