CONSULTANT IDENTIFICATION & APPOINTMENT

If the Consultant team has not already been selected, fpm will quickly identify suitably skilled companies to submit fee proposals for the works. These will be assessed and a recommended Consultant list prepared for Client approval and appointment under Professional Services Agreements.

Once appointed, fpm will administer their Contracts and ensure their work is completed according to their agreements and the project programme.
